When my air conditioner stopped working, I called a different company and they tried to trick me into buying a whole new air conditioner and said mine was not worth fixing.I was then referred to True North by a friend and called to ask them for a second opinion. They showed up the next day, easily fixed my air conditioner and it only cost me a couple hundred dollars. Their office staff and techs are polite and professional.I’m a customer for life now. Great service. My furnace was reaching its final days when I booked a quote. They were able to come a few days later coincidentally the same day my furnace quit. They got me a new furnace and heat back in my house very quickly.The Sales, Service and overall operations were fantastic from start to finish.Thanks to all involvedI highly recommend

Absolutely incredible service! We made a service call at 8am as our fan was running non-stop and somebody was at our house by 1pm the same day. The two men that came were so kind and explained their findings and the options we had for moving forward. We decided to replace the AC and furnace rather than fixing them due to their age. We were able to get scheduled in a few days later for the installation. Two different men came who were just as kind and professional. They took their time to make sure everything was done neatly, even tidying up some of the wires from the original installation. Once they were done, they took the time to show us everything they did and explained how everything worked and how to maintain the systems. We are beyond happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend True North Home Comfort to anyone!

My furnace has been acting up for the past few weeks. Contacted this company based on reviews & recomendations. Very happy I did! They were easy to work with, prompt and affordable. I had contact with several different people both in person & over the phone. In every case they were professional & as helpful as they could possibly be. They were compassionate about my budget concerns & worked with me on a solution. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

I wish I had gotten the name of the 2 service reps who came to my home today to check our not working furnace. Dec 26th noticed furnace wasn't working, called True North and was told someone could come Dec 27th first thing. It's been crazy weather here so they are very busy. They came and promptly diagnosed that it was my thermostat. They didn't have one in their truck so told me to replace it ASAP, and if I had any problems to call the office and they would come back to help. Which happened as after installation no heat. Called and they came over shortly after, and fixed the problem. All the people I dealt with from this company were very professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend!

New Hot Water Heater Installation------------------------------------------------------After searching for a reliable, energy efficient water heater and a reputable contractor to install it, I decided to have True North Home Comfort replace my 17 year old rental with a John Wood unit. True to their word (and name), they were;• very punctual, arriving within 15 minutes of their earliest estimated start time and work was completed in 2 hours as expected• clean and tidy; floor mats were used where required, all areas were cleaned after work completion, and old materials were completely removed• obviously skilled in their tradeA special thanks to Val who was kind enough to respond to my many phone and email questions and to Shawn and Tom who were not only friendly and accommodating regarding operational questions, but meticulous about their installation efforts.Based on this experience, I will be contacting True North in the future regarding replacement of my aging HVAC system.

True North Home Comfort is fantastic!!! They changed our oil furnace to natural gas and replaced our A/C unit and installed a gas line for our barbeque.We are so happy with the upgrades, they did exceptional work in a very timely and professional manner. We really appreciate that each team member would keep us updated with the work they were doing and explained how everything worked.We are very pleased with True North's services and will 100% be using them for any and all future HVAC needs. Absolutely the best company to hire for any furnace needs. We contacted several companies for a quote on a new heat pump and True North Comfort went above and beyond explaining everything in detail, working with our specific needs, and offered a great price.The install could not have gone any smoother. They had several people on site working all at once and were able to install a new furnace, a heat pump and a new thermostat just in a few hours.I’m blown away by their professionalism, communication, efficiency and on top of that great rates.

Fantastic service. Our call was answered quickly and got an appointment that same day. The techs are very knowledgeable and explain exactly what the issue is and what the solution is. Val is absolute amazing at her job she was so kind and understanding. I found the prices to Fantastic as well. We were very impressed with this company and will use them in the future.

True North is truly life saver!! Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve and we had an issue with an odd part needed. Not only did this amazing company save the day they went out of their way after hours so we could get the part and have heat for Christmas!! No better customer service around!! Thank you!!
