Wow, what an amazing service! I called Elixir Day Spa for a very last minute booking, and Bilyana went out of her way to accommodate me.I am beyond amazed how smooth my skin feels after waxing. Bilyana is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her spa is beautiful, and I felt very safe with all the safety protocols in place. I will definitely be recommending her services to my friends, and I look forward to going there again!

I just went to Elixir for the first time and was so happy with the service! I got a full leg wax and am very pleased with the results. My legs are nice and smooth and not irritated at all, even though I have really sensitive skin. It didn’t even hurt, which was a nice surprise! I felt really safe going there as well. Everything was clean and all of the safety protocols were properly in place. Super friendly environment too. I will definitely be going back to Elixir!

Had a very positive experience with Bilyana at her bright, clean, modern & stylish home-based spa. I requested a last-minute waxing appointment over the busy holiday time, and she was so kind and accommodating, replying promptly and even offering to fit me in on her day off. I have been receiving microdermabrasion facials from Biljana for several years now, and refuse to go anywhere else after seeing her. She is incredibly thorough in her process and adjusts the facial based on your skins needs. I appreciate that she is always educating you on how to help your skin without trying to sell you overpriced products like most other spa’s do. Biljana is one of the kindest and friendliest women I have met, and ensures you leave your treatment feeling beautiful and relaxed. It has been a VERY long time since I have received this AMAZING level of customer service!!! Biljana was incredibly warm and welcoming I messaged about eyebrow tint/wax and she fit me in same day! She is incredible with consulting and finding out your exact needs and her spa couldn't be cleaner. I went to Bilyana for the first time for waxing. This was by far the best wax I’ve ever received. After calling to make an appointment she went out of her way to fit me in although I was asking so last minute. She took her time to make sure nothing was missed, the wax it’s self was gentle and left me with no irritation. I was especially impressed that when the wax was over she made sure that I was happy with the results before cleaning up. After most waxes, I come home and find many hairs missed that I have to tweeze, but was very happy that none were there. Overall was an amazing experience, and would highly recommend trying.
