Very good customer service as I can tell they actually care about their customers. I had an issue with a cooling pet bought there and looked for a refund. I wished I could have asked the name of the employee, she’s done an amazing job and save us lots of hassle. Besides, the store has moved the the next door, bigger, brighter, and has dog wash now! Because of today’s service, I’ll come here for my dog food and cat food even though this is not the closest pet valu near our house.

I love that they have a a Dog Wash station.The station included towels, a large range of shampoos, and cold air dryer. It was so easy to wash our 13yo Husky and the price was matchless at $12. The staff was very helpful and guided us to the station since it was our first time.

My dog and I really enjoy coming here as much as we can (at least, as often as my wallet allows me to). The staff greet my dog and I in such a friendly and welcoming way that anytime I even mention the pet store" my dog instantly gets excited and can't wait to get in the car and go. Prices are reasonable and stuff is stocked often. I really look forward to our pet store trips."

Our dog decided to dig for a chipmunk , what a mess, and the hose didn’t help clean him. We called Pet Valu and booked in a bath slot which was available immediately. We hurried over and the staff was amazing. They met our dog , chatted with us then showed us around the tub area. They gave him treats to settle him down and gave of lots of great grooming tips ! This was such a fabulous first experience, we will definitely be back !

The lady that was helping me today (didn't catch her name unfortunately) went above and beyond in helping me decide which food to try for my picky cat. She spent about 5 minutes discussing the different options and explaining some things that I didn't know. She was very knowledgeable.The staff at this location are always very kind and welcoming. It's nice to see! This is my go to location for my pet supplies now.
