I called O'Rourke's from Kuwait when my wife texted me that our house was out of water. A nice lady answered and I explained my situation, she mentioned that Mr. O'Rourke was in Syracuse and he would give my wife a call when he got home. However, he actually swung by my residence on his way home and looked at my well. He explained to her that if the water goes below the pickup tube and the pump continuously runs, there is a safety switch that kills the electricity so the pump doesn't break from running without water. He reset the switch and made sure my wife had water before he left. He didn't charge my wife anything and wished her a good day. I would have gladly paid for his time, everyone else Cowles and Bartlett's" would have charged me for coming out to reset the switch. I have had work by Cowles and Bartletts before and they do good work
