Allstars Indoor Playland

Grandkids loved this place, huge, so much to do. It has it all. We were there for over 3 hours and they didn't want to leave. Nice staff, guy at the front is a real multi-tasker.

The play structure was good, but...1. More than half of people were wearing shoes inside. The staff couldn't care less.2. None of the arcades worked.3. Some areas in the play structures were dusty and dirty, looked like it never got cleaned up.4. No attempt to check the stamp, they just left the door open for in and out so child safety is in question.5. No staff supervision in any play areas, including upstairs. I am aware of parental supervision but staff still should supervise the play areas to ensure safety for children. There was NONE.6. Staff there looked like they were forced to work there. I don't expect service workers to be happy with customers but come on, this is kids place... at least you could be friendly to kids.

This place is huge! My kid and his cousins had a blast. So much to do. Highly recommend. Food wasn't bad either. Only down side is they didn't check stamps when we left and it took long to take and receive our food order. Still highly recommend though.

This is a grate place to take the kids giant place compared to the treehouse indoor play, there is so many different activities to do and also fun for adults to go up and play with the kids in the structure as well. The only thing I would like them to work on is to be more clean, I did take my kids within the same week three days apart and the same blood was on the steps of the stairs.

We absolutely love exploring this play structure with our 3 year old and bouncing on the trampolines upstairs. It's so much fun. When she was 2, we loved the enclosed play area for toddlers.The downside to this establishment, is often the extras are not working. There is a zip line and arcade that I've only seen operational once.They are often sold out of various food items and I feel like the front counter staff is understaffed. It's not humanly possible for the staff to handle the rush of people coming in AND check all the stamps of families leaving to be sure your child leaves only with their guardian. The result is people often let themselves out without having their stamps checked. An extra staff member cleaning tables, supervising the toddler area and checking stamps would make this place run well. There is no staff supervision downstairs or upstairs.We will continue coming back, we always have fun!*I changed my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because once I got into the play structure today, it was clear that it is overdue for a cleaning. All issues are solvable by management supporting the staff better.*

My daughter loves this indoor play land! We've been to 2 others in the city and this one is best hands down! We've gone since she turned 1 and It's so easy for her to get around in!

We had booked Allstars for a birthday party. We found the staff to be quite disorganized, and unhelpful. We had to constantly be getting our party host to grab things that were missing from the room. They were quite unattentive. The lighting was dim as they had multiple lights burnt out. They seemed more preoccupied with how much time we had left, vs hosting our event. There was no clock visible for the kids to know when to come back to the room, or even a paging system that worked. The bathrooms were dim and had chemicals sitting out, that children could get into. Things were dusty, and the attitudes of staff seemed to be that they couldn't give a care.

Went for a field trip with my child care today. Never been before and I was a bit nervous because of what I heard about safety but this was a good trip. No injuries and the kids didn't want to leave. It was fun for adults too.

Upon entering, I was greeted with person who didn't seem to want to be working there. They didn't attempt to be even slightly happy, instead it was just attitude. I understand everyone has their bad days, but when you work at a child-friendly facility you should at least try to be friendly.As per cleanliness, It was quite obvious, in the climbing areas and below there needed to be more cleaning done (dust, dirt, food crumbs and even a small juicebox).
