Small town offering a spot where people can stop and spend the night in their RVs or van. Simple but good enough for free, considering there are no other decent options around. Unfortunately there is no water, only RV dump.

Nice and quiet campground. Only one outhouse and one access to water but no shower. Water is next to trailer dump" sign behind the bush (behind the outhouse)."

I agree with Valentin except for one item, there is good, ice cold water right at the trailer dump. Plus there is a small shelter right under the water tower that is lit within and has receptacles to recharge your electronics. There is also a surprisingly good grocery store in town about a two-minute bike ride away.

Bathroom, garbages, picnic tables... A quiet place for a quick rest stop!
