Ethan Allen, first thing this guy said to me is “why did you park here”. Thank you Ethan, I was feeling unimportant and decided to break down right there. Just for you. In fact, I waited 2 hours in the AZ sun for you to show up and disrespect me. I’m a little disappointed. I thought for sure you were going to put a cigarette out on me or something, your customer service skills literally couldn’t get worse than that. As a final note I hate you. Eagle eye towing, if you like waiting around for days wondering if buzzards are gonna reach you first, they are the tow company for you. If you want my advice though, choose the buzzards, it will be more pleasant.

Broke down at 0630. Called Eagle Eye and he was there in 20 minutes. Very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing because he had me hooked on and underway in 10 minutes, maybe less. He recommended a garage with a great reputation that was nearby. Awesome experience.
