Terrible experience. Took my 19 month old daughter for her first check up ever, doctor didnt introduce his name and gave my wife an attitude of a lifetime. He clearly didnt understand despite being told that it is our daughters first time and shes scared, rightfully so. He rolled his eyes every time she cried bc she was interrupting him and was clearly rushing to end the appointment fast. Waited 45 mins just for a 2 minute look-see with no answers or even guidance on oral health care for my child. The assistant was magnificent and was totally understanding of the situation and she is a very nice and good woman just based off of first impressions alone. Doctor, not so much

As always Dr. Matt is fantastic with our son who has ASD. But for the nurse that was assisting him on Friday asked us a question which was kind of offensive Did we really clean our son's teeth well cause we need we had an appt today?" Because she didn't find any plaque when she was scaling. As parents it was offensive as we clean our son's teeth frequently not just for appts. Also she used the toothbrush that was given in the bag on our son's teeth during his appt and placed it back in its package.. that was unsanitary and I threw it out.We love Dr. Matt but wasn't happy with the nurse that was with him. Normally our visits our great except this one."

Treehouse Dental Care
We have been with this practice for over 10 years and cannot praise this clinic enough. Dr Matt and all the staff here are super accommodating and kind to all their patients, and they show utmost patience. The bedside manner is exceptional. Dr Matt gets the job done SO fast with such precision. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist!! I totally trust this practice and would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants top tier dental care for their children. We are so grateful.

Back on December my precious 4yr old daughter had to undergo being put under do to her amount of cavities , which for a parent is very alarming and scary and I have to say Dr. Matt Grinstein and his team were amazing and so professional and caring also very tentative to the fact my daughter at 4, life is in their hands for that period of time. I must applaud this amazing team from the caring and very hands on front desk wonderful woman don't recall her name, to Dr.Matt and also the nurse and anesthesiologist they brought in .If you are looking for a caring, KID friendly and clean,sterile, safe dental office look no further!!~Julien

The dentist seemed nice at the Thorn hill location; but the receptionists are a mess! I had to wait weeks to get a refund since you have to pay upfront and this was due to them sending the wrong information to the insurance AND missing key details on a expensive procedure. They seem to be clueless about relaying the proper information and completely disorganized. Not to mention the receptionist Monica i was not happy with her service at all. Simple things like getting the correct spelling of my sons name in the system were done incorrectly. I will be transferring my child from this place.

OK. full disclosure. I amprobably Dr. Simon's oldestpatient. I have been a loyalfan for about 25 years andthe work he did on my teethwas sensational. As atestament to the quality, hejust tuned it up for me andeverything has held upperfectly after all this time.He has the most excellentattention to detail and willdefinitely monitor your painand comfort level meticulously while working on your smile. Also, Alicia isabsolutely one of the bestever and it's a joy to visit thebright, pleasant facilities. As of father of my own children now, I appreciate the work they do there even more. I’ll be returning for as long as they’ll have me!

Amazing dental office for children. The staff are wonderful and treat us with respect. Dr. Matt is exceptional, he takes the time to explain treatment and options. He cares about his patients and parents. He answers every question with kindness and patience. After having a difficult experience, Dr. Matt has changed our fears and anxiety of dentists to making our dental visits fun. Dr. Matt goes above and beyond to make sure parents and children are comfortable. He provides techniques to use with children to decrease fear of dentists.
