I had a Samsung frame tv that was out of commission for the past 2 years. I was abt to just buy a new one but I figured I’d give these guys a shot before spending $1k on a new one. Louis came out 2 days later and after 10 minutes I was up and running. Saved me a ton of money, I’d give these guys 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Very very happy customer!!!

They definitely deserve a 5 star professional business standard. They showed up on time!! With a courtesy call ahead! Explain what he came to do. And didn't hesitate to answer questions. And, the most important part, he respected my home! And got the job done!!

I would highly recommend this company, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is seeking repairs to see if Louie is available, he was the service repair man for my Samsung TV. He was extremely fast, extremely efficient, and everything went so smooth, also very knowledgable. This man deserves a raise in my book. Keep up the good work Louie and thank you for making my day bud. Overall 10/10 for the office and for the service done.

I had an issue with my Samsung TV screen and needed a LCD panel replacement. I filed a claim with Samsung which was under warranty, they assigned the replacement with CRAIG’s Electronics. They called me immediately, took care of the parts ordering and scheduled around my availability. Mr. Louie came in for the repair, helped me demount the TV from the wall, replaced the panel, helped me put it back up the wall, and double checked everything was working fine. All within 45 minutes. Great service.

Very professional. Knew what the issue is when I explained it on the call, scheduled an appointment to come to my home and fixed it in 30 minutes on the scheduled date.

Craig's TV helped me with a Samsung warranty repair. They were quick to respond, very honest with setting expectations since they can't predict when they receive parts, and were very professional from start to finish. The man who repaired my tv, Louie, was very kind and easy to work with. He explained the issue and described each part of the tv as he worked on it. I can't stress enough how honest, timely, friendly, professional, and effective Craig's TV's service was for me, and I suspect they'd do the same for you.

Just had a wondeful experience with getting our Samsung TV repaired - luckily it was under warranty from Costco. Shortly after contacting SquareTrade/All-State to make a claim, recieved a call from Craigs and rep diagnosed the problem quickly, stated he would order part and contact me for appointment once it came in. The next day, received a call from Dawn stating they would be to my home the next day with a 1.5hr window. Dawn even called this morning and said the tech would be here within 20 minutes and he was right on time. Loui was the tech and he was wonderful. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Explained everything throughout the way and was in and out, we were amazed. We are very pleased with the fast service and quick repair. Happy to have our TV back! THANKS LOUI AND CRAIG'S.

turned my laptop into a desktop. Had my screen cable replaced, took a week and a half, cost $225 and now i can't close my laptop. No one but them tried to repair the machine. The cable was not repaired as it was set up originally, and was run on the outside of the hinges. When the lid closes, the screen trim comes off!! This facility repaired my laptop, but in such a way that if i were to close it, the screen would break. During the repair process this was not ever communicated to me and effectively disables half of the functionality of my device. If i had known this was the outcome, i would have taken a different course of action. NoWhen I told the tech i expected to be able to close my laptop and this was unacceptable, i got a shrug and better be careful with it"... If i had known that this was the fix

We had an excellent experience with Craigs TV! We had an issue with the backlight on our Samsung Frame and after talking to Samsung they opened a repair ticket. The very next day we had scheduled an appointment with Craig's TV for the following Monday. The repairman, Loui was incredibly kind, professional, and hard working. Hands down the best service technician I have ever worked with. He performed a panel replacement and he did so very quickly and with minimal disruption to our day. Pleasantly surprised on how quickly our TV issue was resolved.

My Samsung tv from Costco died and it was in warranty, Craig’s TV Repair came out to repair my tv. Technician Louie was very professional and knowledgeable and made the repair in short time… my total experience with Craig’s TV was outstanding from my first call to them. My first contact was with Dawn and she had a few questions and had a good idea as to the problem. They had to order parts for the repair, while waiting for parts, Dawn called me several times with updates. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn and Louie.. Craig and Samsung should be very proud of these two they understand customer service and apply it 100%!!!
