Bain Dépôt Québec

From a professional pov they are atrocious. Company I work for purchases from them and they have terrible communication, and an order I placed mid July has not even shipped and it has no backorders. They keep saying next week, next week to no end. For reference it is the end of August, and I'm tired of calling about my orders to make sure they are taken care of

Good service. They were able to order my broken part even do i did not have my receipt.

I have placed multiple orders with Bath Depot (Bain Depot) within few days period.*Processing time takes a week or more. Then takes a minimum of one week for delivery - even with FedEx, and will be more if you go with the storage company if you leave outside of Quebec.*One of my orders got lost with Canada post. I had to wait another two weeks for Canada Post to confirm that the item has been lost, until Bath Depot even consider shipping me a replacement order. For the replacement order, it took over two weeks for Bath Depot to ship and deliver my replacement order.* * *This is the worst experience that I had with a Canadian supplier, shipping orders online. I DO NOT RECOMEND THAT COMPANY IF YOU DON'T LEAVE IN QUEBEC AND ABLE TO PICK YOUR ITEMS YOURSELF. * * **** It seems that all items are premanufactured (similar to IKEA) and coming from China, so Bath Depot doesn't have any parts or accessories that are matching with the cabinets.*** The email that they have to customer service is useless, as I never got any response on my inquiry.*** I have to call them on the phone with a waiting time between 20-30 min and they don't even have a tall free phone.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on July 12 (they advised my order would ship in 3-10 business days). On July 18, I emailed the customer service address advising that I wished to cancel my order because the fixtures would not work (as per my plumber). I did not receive a response until July 28, when they advised me they couldn't cancel because (which I didn't receive a notification for until July 26). 10 days to respond to a customer email to cancel an order is terrible. They advised that I would have to pay to return the items or sell them in my area." This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time

Horrible experience. I tried to return a perfectly good Alcôve wall (400$ value) for my bathroom and they denied me because I didn't have the box. I had the original receipt in hand and also an account there. I must have already spent close to 15000$ in store and they said NO to me bringing back a 400$ wall.

Very difficult to deal with on returns. Processing and wait times are unbelievable.I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it. Website said product was in stock and ready to ship. Placed order, expected delivery 5-6 weeks. Called in and tried to cancel order, unable to cancel. Emailed tried to cancel order, unable to cancel. 9 weeks later, order arrives are depot for pickup. I call and explain the situation, item to be returned to QC. 8 weeks later and 5 emails and 3 phone calls still have not received my refund. I have called and emailed and called and emailed and haven't gotten a single response.This has nothing to do with 'economic situation' or 'market conditions', this has everything to do with bad business.

Horrible Customer service. Placed an order April 3 - was to ship out April 19. Got back ordered till middle of July. Called to cancel order was on hold for over 45 min.
