This evening I lost my key fab on my home from work. This was a very stressful situation as i need a way to work tomorrow morning. Daniel from Diligent Locksmith was able to come to my home and kindly make me another. He was very personable and I enjoyed the short time I spent with him. Lost two keys for two separate locks for our home and within a couple of hours, Daniel from Diligent Locksmith arrived and had new keys made. Excellent work and great customer service. Will highly recommend to others.

Did perform the service in a timely manner however after the service was done my key fob wasn’t working correctly, getting the technician to come back to fix the issue either got back to me days later or not at all. After paying over $500 for the service you would think it would appropriate to handle the customer service in a better manner and not have a customer run after you to fix the issue.

Accidentally lost the only key to our minivan while sightseeing in Toronto. Had van parked at Go station when I realized I had no keys. They arrived within 1/2 and within the hour we were on our way! Great service and the price to get a key programmed was cheaper than getting it done at a dealership. Thanks again!

Prompt, polite and meticulous. The technician arrived and fixed a poorly installed lock on our new home within 30 minutes. They cut keys that all worked, and followed up on another issue we had in a very timely manner. Shop local, great courteous service. Strongly recommend !
