Didn't have a good experience; would never purchase electronics there anymore. Personnel also need a course in customer service - just my opinion. Product was an Acer laptop which was a lemon from the beginning but problem only found once gtee. was expired.

Polite and professional employees. Quality service.Variety of important office items are available. It's unlikely that you'll leave without getting most of what you need.Expensive products compared to online purchases, however they have a price negotiation policy (If you find an article in store that is cheaper on Amazon or Ebay or any popular selling platform, you can negotiate the price at the front desk. The customer service was extremely bad, and the acting manager Hugh Filion is an incompetent worker who is not qualified for this job at all and he discriminated against me because I am english. he is very rude and uneducated about the products the store offers or their services He should be fired immediately

What horrible and rude serviceWent in to buy a $600 printer the website sent me to this location.Walked around looking for some service nobody to help.Went to the cluster of guys with the company shirts they didn’t feel like helping.Finally one goes over with me scanned one of the printers i was interested in which was abit cheeper than the one i was coming to buy says it’s not available in this location no answer as if it was available somewhere after asking him looking confused like he just smoked a joint answering me they are closing in 15 minI ask about the one beside it that i came here to get didn’t even check the label says it’s not available???Walks away?I went to the cash to see about the one beside it he says it’s not his job he works the cashLeft my other stuff behind and left I’ll shop elsewhere thank you!

It's really weird, there's never any customer when I go there, it's a bit eerie. Pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed rolling away at the corner of my eye last time I went there. The staff is fine
