Queen Nails & Spa

My nail tech is going on mat leave. She is amazing, we laugh and joke and tease each other. This is a testament to how friendly the staff is. I will miss her for 6 months but I know the other staff will pick up for her until she returns.

Typically, I always have had a good experience with pedicures at Queen Nails & Spa. Today, I was extremely disappointed in my service. Normally I can go over my lunch break and be done in 45-55 mins. Today was 1.5 hours. The prep alone (trimming, callus removal etc), took 50 mins. My feet did not need that much attention, truly. Then they did not have my chosen nail color, so I picked something quickly as I just needed to leave, and unfortunately it did not apply well. After we were done the tech just got up and left. I wasn't rude and didn't complain.. so the whole experience was just a real let down. Especially with the great service I know I've received in the best. If the tech was newer, I advise you let customers know incase they only have a shorter window of time, and let them decide from there.

The method used to remove my previous set of gel nails was very rough, damaging my natural nails.The man that was doing my gel fill cut my fingertips multiple times deep enough to draw blood and used many visibly unsanitary tools.Laying in bed unable to sleep 12hrs later because all my fingers are still burning/aching, wishing I hadn't been too shy to walk out in the beginning of the appointment.The look of most of the set are pretty good though, only one thumb is misshapen at least.

I had to be the most horrible experience I have ever had a nail salon in Prince Albert! Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Had a really good experience here, fast & nice service. My nails tech done what I asked her and did a very good job / they look beautiful. . Will definitely be coming back!!

My sister and I made an appointment for 4 of us to get pedicures. When we arrived, the chairs were full and they told us to go back in 15 minutes. We returned only to be told another half hour. I don't know why we returned... the chairs were still full. I'm never going there again. There are other nicer places in the city.Don't bother making an appointment. They don't matter!*UPDATE:FEB 8, 2023I went again.... ugh...what a waste of my time and money. Everything about this place is NASTY!FILTHY TABLES, filthy tools and instruments and poorly done nails.I don't think they clean their tables... I'm surprised they're not shut down.
