I had my car fixed at this place. the mechanic seemed very professional and experienced. Not only he fixed the major issue I was having - the noise from the wheels - but also took care of few extra issues at a very reasonable price. I would definitely come here again.Now, 2 years later, my car had zero issues since the fix. I really appreciate the professionalism this mechanic has shown me.

Worst experience ever from a shop that outsources complex work. Went there cause they were highly recommended by a long time client.Made an appointment last week for an alignment. Dropped off the car today and Janet said it'll take 2 hours. Was sitting in the waiting room then Johnny then said, no, it'll take up to 4 hours. 4 hours for an aligmnent ? Went to the library to kill time. 3hours went by then I followed up with Janet. She said another 45mins so I walked back to the shop and waited. I looked into the bays and don't see my car. Walked around outside and couldn't find my car. Another 30mins passed then I asked Janet whats the status and where's my car. She said it's not in the back and claimed she personally dropped it off . She made a few phone calls then said another 30mins cause it's very busy. I said if they haven't started work then I'd like my car back. 2 mechanics drove off and 1 came back with my car in 10mins. Janet said I'm good to go and nothing was done to my car. NOTHING WAS DONE! So wasted 5 hours! From what I saw, all they do is simple work like tire and oil changes. Didn't noticed any complex work done there.AVOID this FAKE 'middleman' shop!!

Work was great... BUT Prices were incredibly exaggerated! 200cad for spark plugs for a Toyota Camry, the same ones that I could have gotten for 60cad on Amazon! And then 200cad for the labour!?SCAMMERS! They will rob you of your money shamelessly.

This is a great bodyshop and mechanic place. I went there to fix my headlight by changing its ballast on my E350 Mercedes Benz. They changed and tested the ballast in time and went beyond by changing my broken bumper grill without charging me extra.Vincent is a great mechanic, very polite and supportive and Johnny, the owner, makes sure you leave the place happy. Thanks guys for the great service and reasonable price...

Been going there for years, always great service and good quality of work, honest people.Saw a 1-star from Mr. Singh, I believe he has placed his review on the wrong shop. Cos Newken doesn't open til midnight at all. You better check exactly which shop does that before accessing the wrong people.cheers

Awesome Custoner Service. A quick eatimate and time frame for body work.. Easy drip off easy pick up. Ready when promised AND cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend this place (and I'm usually a difficult Customer). Easy to see why this place got a valued partner" award from Mercedes Benz."
