I’ve brought my Jeep here a few times and I’ve always been happy with the fix and the service. The service team is amazing, and I really feel they go above and beyond to make customers happy. Mike did what he could to squeeze me in before a snow storm, and the shuttle driver was very patient with me and my 3 kids, while also helping me with my tires.The service team is a delight, and I don’t get the feeling of being taken advantage of like other service places I’ve been to. They are thorough with the explanation of any issues, the pricing I’ve received has been fair, and upcoming maintenance reminders have been given. No trying to upsell, or have me “fix” something else on my car. Very honest and trustworthy people.

Service department with a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a person interest in their customers, Mike and Tina were amazing. Many customers were long time greeted by their first names. Other makes were cared for as well. Their concerns were cared for in a prompt manner. So many drove the extra distance to get there work done. They work as a efficient as they can to get the job done right.

Always kind and courteous - they've always made time for me, even when I'm in a pinch. Great staff. Great service.

Love the service folks here. Very responsive, professional and deliver the results I am looking for!Now to clarify on my 3 star rating. The sales team or lack there of. On several trips to the dealership for service, I always make a point of checking out the cars in the show room. Not once has ANYONE taken the time to say hello, in fact, they have never even looked up to make eye contact. Is the car sales industry so lucrative right now? I am on the market for a new truck, and I would not consider this dealership for that purchase. My service however, will always go here!

My brother’s had a good experience in buying a used car here in 2016–he’s still driving it; no significant issues with the car: a 2013 Dodge Caravan. So once my 2003 Toyota finally broke down, I followed my brother’s lead—mostly b/c he likes the people @ Aurora Chrysler—and so far so good as I’ve found them very straightforward and forthright in handling all my concerns to date. So far so good with my new-used 2015 Dodge Journey! The price seemed competitive and it drives good. I’d recommend them for a visit and a consideration in any event.

Had my first oil change today since picking up the RAM1500. Quick and friendly service with minor tweaks to my truck done at no additional charge! A great first experience at Aurora Chrysler service. Makes me glad I bought the truck from them :)
