Somerville Hino - Toronto

I would strongly advise against visiting this truck dealership and buying a Hino. The staff in both the accounting department and the service area are extremely rude unresponsive. Send Chris Bruner a message. No response or only answers half the email. Total time waster and he has been like this for years. In addition, I experienced constant issues with my Hino trucks once the warranty expired, and it seemed to spend more time in the repair shop than on the road. Every time it goes in the cost is $5000 plus. Even had a $26000 repair and it is still not fixed n another unit. Drove it off from repair and back into shop right after. Merry go round of repairs. Been off the road for better part of a year waiting for parts and for them to get their act together. If you're in the market for a truck or vehicle and want to avoid high prices and unprofessional, unresponsive staff, I recommend looking elsewhere. 0 stars.

We bought a truck recently and have had issue after issue, including broken parts that should have been fixed before selling it! Hassan promised to compensate initially and when we provided the invoice details, they backtracked and refuse to help. Hassan stated he had no time for us. We have lost so much money as our truck is rarely on the road.We definitely will not be purchasing any future trucks from them and will not be referring anyone to them.

I brought my truck in for service recently and I must say my experience was outstanding. The amount of professionalism the service department specifically Chris Bruner showed was unprecedented. First off Chris was kind of enough to call me and provide a diagnostic with the issue that caused me to go into service. He also provided me with a list of other items they had identified as they were going through the diagnostic. At no moment did he force or try to sway me to fix the other issues. In fact, he was just informative but also explained what possible issues would arise if I left some of those items unattended. Together we generated a list from most severe to least and I will be returning to get some of those more critical items addressed. Thanks for your white glove service Chris

Great company with amazing service. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them ranging from Maserati to Mercedes to BMW and most recently a Range Rover. They always take care of me. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Best dealership in the city by far.

Very bad experience, my buddy just gave them truck to estimate it, because he want to sell it in open market, Truck was leased by TPine Leasing, when my buddy called them after 2-3 days, they people told him it got sold and your loan paid off,but he start to beg that please return my truck, but Vic & Sam of Pride truck start threatening him, said we will not return your truck...so they captured his truck and didn't paid him single $. Loan value on truck was around 80,000 , year 2017, 530000 KM on it..... its really crookness of Pride Truck sales, be careful from these guys

The worst experience ever in sales. First from the special offer of 4.9% rate of financing they jumped to 9.8%. Second as for now I'm waiting 1 week and 4 days just to get them to send me a refund receipt for my credit card and it doesn't look like that we will get it with out lawyer or bank representatives getting involved.I do not recommend, stay away and save yourself a trouble!!!

These people are crooks. Took them 72 hours to find out a problem charged me 1600$ ,because I told them I don't want to fix the truck by them. After spending two days at this place I was told that I will need to pay 7k or much more then that. I refused, told them to put my truck back together so I can leave, could not do it same day, did not feel like at the time". Mike at the service dep. told me that he was at 861$ that I need to pay for them checking the truck

We bought 2013 freightline cascadia in Oct 2017 with 3 month waranty on it .on our first trip to USA the clutch stopped working when we asked them to fix it they sent us to mechanic and asked to wait for week; after one week I went to them to get my truck mechanic said he had not started working on it . I talked to the sales manager at pride truck sales to know why they are not working on it ,then manager said we don't cover the clutch and you have to pay for it .I was fooled by them ,I took my truck to another mechanic and replaced the clutch for $2700.our bad luck didn't stop here after 2 weeks differential of truck broke down .we paid another 1000 dollar to fix it . I am have hard tym with the truck . My recommendation is to try somewhere else but don't try these guys .
