Wouldn’t allow me to scan employment contract with phone. Told me I needed to pay a $25 fee to get my own copy of the employment contract. Contract states that Employee Standards don’t need to be followed (they can’t do that. It is not legally binding if you sign it).Project involved selling discount cards and magazines to unsuspecting callers of businesses, hospitals and pharmacies. The callers just wanted to get information from who the were calling (those organizations forwarded their calls to us first) and were angry when we tried to sell to them. They were angry their call did not go through to the organization they were calling.

This place needs to be investigated. Their purpose is vague - like a tele-scam company hub that victimize elders.This place is like a rotationg door. Employees come and go and leave with a bitter aftertaste in their mouth.

If I could give them no stars, I would. They are a sketchy company and I have no idea how they are still running. They claim they have never fired anyone in their business since they started but don't believe them. They strategically word their phrases so that if they fire you, they can claim differently. They'll send you home early and eventually tell you not to come in until you get so frustrated that you feel like quitting. But if you don't quit, they'll tell you that they're gonna part ways" with you.They sell things for their clients to people who don't even qualify. I would never recommend someone to work there."

I worked here over a decade ago, lasted a week.Got same day training as my interview, unpaid of course. And there should be quotations around training, as it was more listen to our quality guy take calls, but not really provide a script, or call flow to follow.They state it's weekly pay, but you won't get your first paycheck for up to 2 weeks later, which I understand. Buuuuut if you quit, they push back your paycheck by an additional week, for reasons"I'm amazed I worked there

I just had to take a COVID leave from this company in under a month. I absolutely loved my time with American callers and was probably a disruption anyways. However, their quality control can kill its own CSRs sales with the bots they call voice mail. They can also change the race on your sales too. Their security is worthy of 10 popes and would still reapply there if it were fit. None the less, they have alot of US cops looking for them and consider it none of my business.
