Room size is decent. They also offer some local chocolate for free. Water pressure can be stronger but I'm okay with it. Bed is comfort. Nice decoration.

Where do I start. This is my most fav hotel in all the world. From the time you enter the lobby you know you are stepping into what feels like a rock star fantasy! Although all genres are represented through the most unique pieces of art works. Each room being of a different themed musical artist. Don’t forget to check out the Exile Bar in the lobby while there , they have the most delicious cocktails !

JAG hotel is very unique featuring popular band art adorning all the walls, restaurants and guests rooms of the private owned hotel. The hotel features valet parking as limited parking available. On site restaurant and bar is great on comfort and menu choices. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. High marks for this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel.

loved this hotel, atmosphere was great, food was good in the restaurant/lounge downstairs and the employees were spot on with friendliness and help. lots of construction in area so messy but not hotels fault.

First off, I have to talk about the decor as soon as you enter...... absolutely incredible! It's a beautiful hotel with a musical theme. The artwork is incredible! A local artist painted some of the artwork, and it is stunning. The mural behind the front desk is amazing. They even have a coffee table in the form of a giant cassette tape.Next, the service. Available valet parking as you pull up with smiling, friendly staff. All of the staff we have met have been approachable, helpful, and friendly!The room we are staying in is comfortable and nicely decorated, again with photos of music icons. The atmosphere is energetic, yet relaxing at the same time.This is a hotel I will be staying at again in the future. Steele Hotels have really captured the vibe of music at the JAG hotel.Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

I didn't stay in the hotel, but went for Saturday brunch. The portions were small, the coffee was cold, and the gluten free options (I'm celiac) were limited. The service was a bit slow, but the server was friendly.

Lovely little hotel with great music, friendly staff, and off-beat music decor. Heads-up, the restaurant kitchen closes at 10 p.m. even though Google Maps says it's open until 11.

Great vibe, nice huge rooms, my personal favourite is the JAG radio mix that plays in the common areas and when you turn on the tv. Excellent tunes! The breakfast at Exile wasn't my favourite but the service is top notch. It's about a 5 min. walk to George St. and has a 24hr gas station right across the street. Would definitely recommend!

Its a wonderful hotel and has a really cool theme to it. I definitely did not know it had no parking on site, should of read closer. They have valet parking which is very nice.It's in a central location downtown at John's and is walking distance to lots of cool things and pubs

I went to visit a guest (saturday march 25th) and the two guys at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. Was told I wasnt allowed to go to the guests room even after showing them the message on my phone verifying the room number. You wouldnt know but they owned the hotel..complete pigs !!! Their attitudes definetly need a major adjustment. JAG if you want to keep customers do yourselves a favour and replace these 2 stuffed shirts!!!
