TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Great customer service everyone was friendly and helpful. Akhil and Toney were amazing and very patient with us and provided what we needed!

Wow.... If you ever have a problem with this branch then you need to check out beautiful yourself. You are the damh problem. This branch is the most pleasant people ever. My regular branch is the TD on Huron and Highbury. But I will purposely drive to this branch to do my transactions. How can anyone rate this branch less than 5 stars.... Jess... That is completely unfair. That is totally different levels of wrongs. I am really upset with people wrong opinions about this branch. When you respect people you will get the same treatment. So please beautiful people take a breeder. Count 1-10 if you are angry in any of your daily activities. Remember whatever you do will affect people around you in one way or the other. I remember this being my previous home branch, and had no issues with them. It's nostalgic in a way where this was the first place I ever got my first TD youth account with these guys. I occasionally still go to this location whenever I'm in the area, and the staff are super courteous. They smile, and greet with warm welcome. I've always gotten all the bank business done nice and quick, and they were very informative on answering questions I had. This is actually a decent sized TD branch, and so if you live close, I recommend having this location as your home branch.

Horrible service, rude staff and a company that has no regards for its customers. I work 11-7 Monday to Friday, same hours the bank is open. This is the third time coming to this branch to deposit money into my investing account and every time I have to stand in the line for 45 min and watch healthy people getting ahead of me and leave without getting anything done....if the bank is dedicating senior hours it has to be in the middle of the day so people like me can get their banking done before going to work, seniors have all day and they can go to the bank at anytime ....I will never open another account with this bank..I feel ignored, and disrespected and I feel my business is not appreciated.

Technically my branch is downtown but I live near this branch and have used it as a home branch for more than 25 years. I've never had an issue in all those years. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

TD talks a good game about being environmentaly friendly yet has removed after hours access to the lobby ATMs forcing people to get into huge lineups at the drive through if they need access to their money after hours.

I'm concerned about TD's policies and practices of investing in fossil fuels, despite the fact that these investments are not in the best interest of their customers and particularly our kids and grandkids. Even though I've raised this concern with the bank, I have yet to receive a valid answer.

I have been a TD customer for 35 years. I find this locations staff to be extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I recently had a dilemma that they simply offered no help and I went to my old branch in the East end and they immediately offered me solutions. Don't waste your time at this location.
