Excellent Services. My Galaxy Z Fold 4 was not turning on. Its front and main display were black. It was under warranty and so I sent it to Futuretel .But looking at some of the negative reviews I was worried.Futuretel received it on May 26, 2023. It is with me today on May 31, 2023 in a great working condition .They Replaced the LCD screen.Today I also received a call from Futuretel, explaining me the problems the phone had.They have also sent me a return label in advance. If the phone gets any problem in the next three months I will return it directly to Futuretel by passing Samsung Canada.Such a great Services ,Thank You Futuretel and its great team.

My Samsung 20FE 5G was sent away June 1 for text messages not being sent , I sent away to future tel as per Samsungs instructions VIA FedEx, I received the phone back June 8 and one June 18 text messages are not being sent again, I have to send it back again 2 weeks after getting it back. Not impressed hopefully Matthew Wong will correct this wrong . If not I’ll be contacting the BBB and getting this settled.Update: Future-Tel apparently found nothing wrong with my phone . Let’s see how long before the issue starts back up again. Not happy with their level of service at all. I do not recommend Future-Tel for any electronic repairs unless it is a last resort option to attempt to avoid the cost of a new device.

Extremely poor service. Not only are they slow but extremely unorganized. Could do better but they support Samsung devices so i doubt they can do any better with that garbage.Update: got my device back. So while they couldnt replace the screen protector due to samsung backtracking on the free replacement, these people felt the need to take off the existing one (could have lived with that for a few more months) and also factory resetting the device. Not sure why a screen protector change would require a factory reset especially when the phone was sent to them under maintenance mode which the manufacturer provides as an option. This is considering when their own CS said i shudnt worry about a factory reset being performed on my device based on the service requested. Awfully dumb service!

I recently experienced issues with my Samsung Galaxy s7 Tablet. Contacted Samsung support online, they promptly sent me the details for shipping. We don’t have a Samsung repair shop near by, so shipped the tablet to Futuretel in Ontario. If you need service from Futuretel, ask for Matthew Wong! Matthew provides excellent customer service and keeps you informed about their repair process at Futuretel. He is pleasant, professional and I would highly recommend. We buy only Samsung products, TVs, Phones and Tablets. If we ever need service in the future you can bet we'll be calling upon Futuretel in Ontario! Sincerely, Happy Customer!

My Samsung Z Fold 4 inner screen cracked right down the centre seam. Submitted a mail-in repair ticket because I don't have a Samsung Store in my city. Then I saw that it was being sent to Futuretel so I Goggled them and was instantly worried about the poor reviews. Well I'm relieved to say that including shipping I got my phone back within four business days of sending it out.When I opened my phone I was mildly annoyed that my front screen protector was removed as was my camera protector. Likely this is a Samsung policy. Whatever, $15 on Amazon and I'll get another 2 pack of screen protectors. More importantly my phone was 100% repaired without a single scuff or mark of any kind to the rest of the device. And even better, my inner screen and folding function works better than new, and I'm not exaggerating. People I know and others online have commented on the crunching noise that the Fold 4 makes when you open it. Some say it's like cracking knuckles sound. My phone made this noise since the day I got it and I always lacked confidence in it's durability due to this crunching noise it would make. Well, I don't know if Samsung has newer screens that are better or if it's the installation process, but after getting my phone repaired by Futuretel it doesn't make that crunching noise when you open it. In fact it's perfectly silent when unfolding the device now. It feels so much better and doesn't give the sense the screen is going to crack every time you open it.A Futuretel rep called before I evern got my phone from the shipper and told me to call if there are any problems when I get the phone back. All is 100% and in fact I'd say my phone is actually better than how it was brand new, odd to say but true. So not sure about the bad reviews on here, but my experience was quite good and exceeded expectations. Thanks Futuretel for a great repair fast and done with care.

Sent my Flip Z 4 in for a broken screen age they replaced it, and the batteries, and had it returned in less than a week.Very happy I bought the Samsung Care + warranty and that Futuretel are the service providers.High recommend them!

have send my lg velvet phone 5 times as part of repair by lg. they seemed to replace issue (battery) but i had same issue again. same 2nd time, but 2nd time i noticed that there was a gap between screen and frame (sides)of phone, they did not replace it 3rd time for 4th time! for 5th time i sended it as it has new issue, White glare or mark when using selfie camera. what do you expect did not fix it. now i got it and seems as gap issue was fixed, look at that, now the gap issue is on glass back cover. I am really mad with futuretel!!!!

Absolutely redicolous. Garbage custumer service. Alfred (the owner) does not use his time wisely to fix the problem of my phone. The battery of my s22 is draining quickly, but they're changing the mother board. Like what the hell is wrong with them!! Like even a 5 year old kid would know that the battery is damaged.Even after replacing the mother board, they didn't even put the screen properly back on. There was a hair sticking out from the screen, like cmon!Just look at this pictures.I wouldn't recoment anyone going here at all!! Please save yourselves.

0 star. Garbage company works with Samsung online repair services. If you give them a cell phone, they will break it. And then they break your cell phone even more if you refused to pay their over charge. The worst company ever. They ask you to send money by e-money when they do repair so they can trick CRA. They charge tax only if you select return without repair. (35 +tax). Absolute garbage company. And never buy Samsung products from now. Their after service was ridiculously bad. Bought Z3, and then it breaks after the air plain mode within a year. Poor quality. I am attaching before and after picture here.

The other reviews had me worried, but fortunately, my experience was a great one. Jass was really nice and friendly and Robert quickly took care of my laptop. The warranty covered everything and I recieved my laptop back 4 days later. Jas also let me stay in couch area to make a video call for work before I left.
