It's been a fantastic experience buying a Sundance Edison Hot Tub from Robert (and Jason) at Sundance Spa. Robert has provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time - both pre- and post-sales. Robert quickly answers every text and phone call I have made. His passion for hot tubs and having happy customers is evident in his energy and every interaction with him. The whole overall experience with Sundance has been top-notch. The white-glove turnkey package of delivery and installation (physical and electrical) saves a lot of time (and money) with flawless execution and coordination. Getting a hot tub from Sundance has been a 5-star experience from sales to installation. If you are in the market for a hot tub, go for a Sundance - you wont be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience buying our hot tub from Robert at Sundance. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to pick the tub best suited to our needs. When the tub was ready for delivery they coordinated everything to make sure it was quick and professional done, all the subcontractors, delivery/installation and Electricians were professional and friendly. Scott from Sundance was great to work with as well for the financing. An all around very pleasant experience.

We purchased our Sundance hot tub about 5 years ago. The buying process with Sundance was superb, the helpful staff answered all questions we had regarding the different models, delivery, maintenance, etc. When we were shopping for a hot tub we considered models from several different brands, even wet testing three different ones. The wet test was decisive in setting Sundance above the other products that we tried. We have no regrets with our choice. I fully expect to purchase another Sundance product if and when we are ever in the market again.We purchase our supplies from our local shop, and the excellent customer service continues. The staff take the time to get to know us, and always ask us how things are going with our spa and if we have any questions or concerns. We are often provided with discounts and sale pricing, even if we have either missed a sale, or if a sale is coming up and we happen to stop in too early.We are extremely pleased with the quality and reliability of the Sundance spa that we purchased. It has run flawlessly, no service or repairs have been needed. I have no hesitation in recommending a Sundance product.

Awesome place to by a quality hot tub. Had a minor issue after install. I called them up, and a serviceman showed up an hour later. Very Knowledgeable sales staff, good pricing, and fantastic service! I would highly recommend them.

Walter and Chris came out here in a snow storm and quickly resolved the issue. They took the time to explain what they did to fix the tub and went the extra mile to change out some of the stripped screw on the hot tub. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! After buying our hot tub, which is extremely high quality, the Sundance Spa employees have been there to help for anything and everything. We really appreciate good customer service and Sundance goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for any and all hot tub needs.

I am not one to write reviews much but I would not let this experience pass. To start with I was blessed with a sales agent that not only was understanding of my situation but also worked hard to get me what I wanted. Sundance was the second company I had to deal with, I closed a deal with Jacuzzi but I ended up for half a year waiting with no tub and quite a bit of wait for my refund. This time with Sundance , Mike Levermore my agent made everything right for me. Closing the deal with him was the best decision we made. He answered every text and phone call I made. Yes there was a delay since he promised me a waiting time of three months and I had to wait extra 20 days but it was worth the wait. From the electricians who worked on my home panels and delivery men who took extra care in transporting my tub I would say 5 star on that. I was very pleased with the transition and to top it all I had a personal visit from Mike after work hours just to assist me and my husband on starting the tub and initial instruction that I doubt if I can get from other companies. 5 star on after sales customer care with Sundance and I will surely refer my family and friends specially with this pandemic time who wants to travel better yet upgrade that backyard and enjoy your time with your kids and most of all be healthy and relax.

Robert K was able to provide me TOP NOTCH service. After wanting a hot tub for almost 15 years, Robert made the process easy and convenient. He walked me through everything step by step even when I was being needy and a pain the rear!In all my years of sales and customer service, I haven’t come across someone who is as devoted to customer service as Robert KIf you’re in the market for a tub, be sure to call and ask for Robert.. he really can make the dream of owning a spa come true.

We purchased the 680 Romona hot tub about a year ago and have been enjoying it since (at least 2-3 times per week) and loving it. It was during lockdown and we made our purchase over the phone and we were not even able to try or see the tub itself. Despite all, we had an excellent experience dealing with Sue, our Sales Consultant. She helped us with any questions we had and very easy to talk to. The delivery and installation was flawless— Sundance personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. Any follow-up service requests were done promptly. I give it 10/10 for service by Sundance. One thing I would highly recommend is to take the electrical package if you need to have electrical work done to accommodate your new hot tub. Use the Sundance electrician instead of hiring your own electrician. The Sundance electrician knows all the proper requirements for your hot tub, so go with them. Overall, customer service with Sundance is excellent both at sales and post sales.

After a lot of research and shopping around Sundance Spas offered the best value for my money. But equally important was that I received some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever encountered. The knowledge and insight into helping me pick the perfect hot tub for us made our experience fun & exciting. The communication has been second to none. Even days after having the hot tub was installed our salesman Brian has been very helpful & supportive and always responds quickly. I could not be happier with my choice to buy my hot tub from Sundance. The delivery team was also professional and helpful! I highly recommend them to anyone, including friends & family, looking for a hot tub.
