Great service, super nice staff! BUT..Can I suggest management make sure their employees are not on their mobile phones while working. ESPECIALLY since we are in the middle of a pandemic. It's one thing to use your phone and go wash your hands... another to use your phone put it in your back pocket and continue to handle the food, thankfully your employee used tongs to handle my food but... This is how a deadly virus, bacteria and germs spread and as food handler certified your employees should know this. This is how internal outbreak happens.

Gave a burnt pretzel bread. I went home and only saw, didn't want to head back to get it replaced. These are just basic things. Why would you pack burnt food! That shows the care for customers and the quality you represent. I can still take an uncut pizza, but not a burnt one!

My pizzas were raw and I waited 15+ minutes I have to put it in the oven at home I ordered pizza because I didn’t want to cook but I still had to finish cooking the pizzas

Had a bad experience tonight. We had a large order of 2 deep dish pizzas, 2 crazy bread, Italian cheese bread and wings. When I got there to pick up the order I repeated the order to the gentleman. And he said o a pound of wings? I thought you wanted a pound of sauce". So I had to wait for the wings to be made after my order was already ready. The we he finally hands me my order

We buy pizza from this place almost all the time ! It is affordable and delicious !However ,for the past little while ,since they have new staff members on board they go out of their way to make the best pizza! Thank you Dianna ,Sophia ,Eric and Fernando !You guys rock ! Period ,this is the best pizza in town !

Ordered a cheese pizza which they never ever have Hot 'N Ready - Sat in the store waiting for it. Someone comes in off the street after it's ready and asks for a cheese pizza. They give them mine that just got put in their warmer and when I tell them what they did they tell me I just have to wait longer for mine. No apologies, no offer to make things right...just a big ol' screw you courtesy of Little Caesars pizza.

Good pizza for the price, but y'all... My husband was on the toilet afterwards and I felt I was going to be too, but instead I went in to premature labour lol. Don't think it was the pizza but I'll never fully know.Baby was fine albeit a month early though XD

Don't use delivery. They use door dash, not their own drivers, and DoorDash drivers don't get paid enough to care. Sad that waiting an extra 30 minutes for the wrong order TWICE means I'll never get Little Caesars again. Crazy bread still delicious tho.

I called an order for cheesy crazybread, for pick up. I was told it will be ready in 5 mins. I was there for pick up on time. Not ready. While I waited for another 10 mins, I watched the young lady take cash from a customer, use a dirty mop and touch her face and hair. Then she started to touch food. She did not wash her hands once. Did I mention the mask wrapped around her neck. No where near her face. After all of that, she took my order wrong, and if I wanted what I originally order, she would have to start again. After watching her, there was no way I could eat from there.
