Wilmer and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up everyday at the end of the work day. We have a low pitch 1950s home with a low pitch attached garage at different height levels. The team did a great job installing a new PVC roof with built in gutters. Many work arounds were required of this old house but none that the crew couldn’t figured out. I highly recommend this company with confidence.

Willie recently replaced my very old roofand I highly recommend him. He was very professional, provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to talk to about the project. His crew cleaned up both days they worked. When giving the estimate he even got back on the roof and temporarily sealed three small leaks. I plan to have him replace the gutters in a couple of years. He seems to really care about the quality of his work.

The work the crew had to offer was incredible . Wilmer came to my house and explained everything from what material to how the job would be done . The know how and experience are a must when installing one of the most important parts of the house and Wilmer is second to none. I used Wilmer to do two roofs, one on a rental and the other on my primary residence. I was very impressed with Wilmer and his crew. The pricing was very competitive. Wilmer Sanchez was recommended by Alex, who works for NW Tradition of Bellevue, WA. Alex manages 90 rental houses He uses Wilmer for repairs and replacement roofing on those rental houses.Wilmer came to do an inspection of the existing roof due to a small leak around the skylight. Following the inspection he provided approximately 16 photos of the existing roof's condition as well as samples of the existing shingles which were missing portions of their sand and were extremely brittle. He recommended a new roof.He removed 1 existing layer of roofing, replaced the skylight with a new one and re-roofed the entire house. He was always on time and arrived daily between 8:00 and 8:30 A.M., exactly as he had told us he would.No debris from the removal of the old roof or the installation of the new roof was allowed to fall off the roof. As patches of the old roof were removed they were scraped off the roof into the roofing truck for disposal. No, flowers or shrubs in the landscaping were harmed. Additionally, at the end of each day the entire area around the house was swept magnetically for any roofing nails that may have fallen off the roof.Wilmer also provided photos of the finished details on the new roof as well as guarantees for the materials and workmanship. My wife and I were impressed with his work, cleanliness of the job site and timely arrivals everyday.We would recommend him for any roof work that needs to be done on your residential property.

I cannot recommend Willie enough! He was fast, cordial and professional. After calling him about a roof he came out to my house the next day and gave me a very good price for a new roof and ridge vents. He was able to pencil me in for the next week and finished right on time. Willie and his crew did an amazing job and the end result was outstanding. He even went above and beyond and replaced some worn sheeting that was not in the quote. I highly recommend giving him a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Willy and his crew are top notch. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unsurpassed. My wife and I could not be happier! It looks like we have a brand new house! No detail was overlooked. Willi did a large collection of roofs for me on a set of rental homes. From a technical standpoint, the roofs were done to a very high spec level with solutions he has found from many years of fixing or replacing roofs that developed problems. That alone would have been reason enough for me to go with Willi and his team. However, he goes even further than that! Throughout the day, he and his team are constantly picking up materials about the home and leave the home and its surroundings SPOTLESS after each days work weather they are done or not. This was something we not only observed ourselves, but got feedback from the tenants living in the homes. They all appreciated the attention to detail and some even went out of their way to share with us how much they appreciated it. You will not be disappointed with WS General Services LLC. They are now our go to roofing company!

I know the details of the business and if you don't, then hire this company because they will take care of all the little things that go into completing a great job. He is trustworthy and reliable.
