Really friendly person at the counter, he was very polite and nice and even though we had to wait for a bit, we were able to get the information we needed without a hitch! They spoke English and French too, which is a plus.

The worst government service ever. Service personnel had little knowledge to answer questions and they were very rigid. Bad attitude to peoples who does not speak French！
