I was very impressed with the wonderful service provided by Tanya (not sure spelling) and the gentleman inside (his name escapes me now). However, I just picked up my rental and both the representatives were lovely to deal with, especially Tanya and her customer service while doing the walk around of the vehicle.

Angus and the team here were a pleasure to deal with during pickup/drop-off. Shuttle service between repair shop was flawless. Quick, friendly, and convenient. And the car itself was in great condition too. Highly recommend!

Everybody at this location is very pleasant to deal with. Darryl & Angus were absolutely lovely, very nice during our pick up. Great guys. Even with the drop off the gentleman that helped us was very good. Thorough inspection of the car to make sure everything was in good condition. Recommend this location absolutely

Enterprise is a brand known for it's fleet and customer service.I have booked multiple rentals at this location for the last 2 years and Kudos to Sam & Angus for making it the best experience every single time without a miss.The level of professionalism and going the extra mile to ensure the customer walks out happy is absolutely commendable.The cars are always in top condition and luckily for me, they've never given me any trouble on the road.I wish the branch / store was more accessible on the phone but that doesn't takeaway the premium quality of servicesoffered by the gentlemen behind the desk.

When i needed to head to the enterprise location i met Angus which is a great professional, polite, and really cool and flexible which we all deserve. He is a great aspect to this location. But i was directed to useing enterprise because my car was getting fixed at the service center. And there i met tanya, this one is a keeper. Very professional, educated, polite, kind, easy-going, and remarkable person. Out of all enterprise employees that i have been served by she is buy far the best employe enterprise has. We is very professional and hard working paying alot of attention on to small details, and kind having a great conversation with me, very polite and educated trying her best going beyond to satisfy the customer. I really appreciate it thanks. Will recommend her to everyone.

Exceptional service, very friendly staff, Sam is the guy to make the deal with when you need a rental. The vehicle is nice and clean and price is very good.

It was a sad day when that maniac hit my mothers car but luckily the team at enterprise on Dundas made everything so easy for me & took care of everything. They explained/walked me though the whole process. Not to mention their communication throughout the whole repair of the car was by far the best. I was blessed to have the help of Tanya right beside me when I went to pick up the temporary rental & made everything so much easier not to mention making me feel like family ! God forbid I ever have experience some crazy person hitting me again I’ll only come back to this location & I URGE everyone to come here even if you insurance company recommends another company!

Angus and Ritu sure made the check in and checkout car rental experience as facilitated as possible. The vehicle was in great condition and ready to go in no time at all. Will definitely rent from the Dundas St W location again
