Great place, friendly staff. Nice not to have carpet floor. Lots of hot water. Close to lots of places to eat.Bed was comfy enough, was great that room had a table to dine at as well as 2 other chairs for reading/tv

EXCEEDED my expectation for such a great price! Nice location in town but tucked away. Close to groceries, gas and fast food, convenient for travelers. Cute dog greeted me at the reception. Room was HUGE and clean, very comfortable bed, ample fridge space, nice bathroom, lots of character. I love a small family run business. The hallways smelled like the old days when smoking was still permitted but the room was fresh smelling and fine. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

The room was clean.The only downside was the A/C was not working and it was really hot. That's the reason for my 3 stars for room.

Staff were friendly and tried to communicate with us in English and help us. We booked very late and there wasn't any hotels left so we had no choice to get a room here from booking.com. We paid a lot given it was last minute so it wasn't even cheap.The room was not clean and the washroom had several issues. The toilet seat was bruned and they had not changed it. The faucets were old and not shutting off completely. The sheets and duvets weren't as clean and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping there.

At first, every thing looks great about the room for the amount I've paid. However, when you stay in the room, that's when you start realizing that the fridge is not working, most of the lights has no bulb, the shower is broken and the door will make a squeak sound every time you open or close it.

It is a clean place to stay in Trois Rivieres close to many amenities. It is not the prettiest place and advertised prices are significantly lower than booking sites so probably better to contact directly. If you do not speak French may be a challenge as reception and check in was French speaking

Hotel was in a very sketchy side of town. Room was below average with few amenities. Staff was good but I would not recommend this Motel.
