Impressive service. I popped in and they installed my screen saver and hooked me up with a case. Both employees were very friendly, prices were good, and service was great. Nice to have a cell phone repair place in downtown Chilliwack.

I don't think I can trust this business anymore. I paid for the higher priced original screen replacement and evidence shows that they installed the cheep knock-off because my finger authentication never worked again. Another cell phone repair person said that wouldn't have happened if they installed the brand name replacement screen.

Even though Jason could not help me he was very knowledgeable and extremely honest. I would recommend West coast to anyone, especially Jason..I was trying to recover old text that wasn't backed up..very honest

Went in because my phone would not turn on no matter what I tried and then in less than 5 minutes they were able to figure out how to restart it. I am not from the area but I definitely would recommend this place! :)

Outstanding service and honest repair to my IPhone. Jason was able to replace the charging jack on my IPhone in just 15 minutes for $70 saving me the cost of a new IPhone. Phone now charges and I can hook back up to the CarPlay in my truck. Very honest and easy person to deal with!

Excellent and honest service. Brought my cell phone in for screen repair. After they checked the issue, I was told which repair was needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. No surprises, and completed on time and on budget. Super friendly too.

Brought in my phone for them to fix a cracked screen. My phone was so cracked buttons no longer worked.Not only did they fix my phone screen which I deemed impossible at the time, but they cleaned it internally and dusted the headphone jack/speaker holes even though I didn't ask them to. They took it upon themselves to go the extra mile and it didn't even cost extra.

I would just like to say the lady that helped my husband with his phone today was so nice and amazing. He couldn't figure out the setting for his music app on his phone so she showed him step by step exactly what to do. And she did it in a way that didn't make him feel like an idiot. So I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back for anything to do with our phones in future. We Didn't catch the lady's name working behind the desk but Thank you so much for you up beat cheerfully help today!
