I just had my powder room and kitchen renovated, the service I was given was excellent, on schedule having the job done, with no hiccups...I recommend everyone if you have renovations to be done......

Exceptionally poor delivery & execution of the project that took months longer than promised. Poorly measured dimensions for appliances, missing materials, extra hidden costs, major unexplained delays of months and some serious unprofessional behaviour AFTER you have paid in full. As with other sales oriented businesses, the sales rep tells you YES! but after you pay, it's Oh NO, we never agreed to _ _ _ _ _ _ . They do have a nice showroom but don't judge the book but the cover here.

Saw the showroom in St-Jerome belle. Asked for price and there was lots of extras. Final thing that did not smell right, they want your money before installing starts. Never for me in renovation company to pay before job is finished. Not good policy. We also hear another couple being poorly talked to by customer service when they have issue. It is not normal to argue with customers in front of other cuatomers.
