impressive service and amazing professionalism. We took my husband winter jacket to have the zipper changed with one that opens from the top and bottom. It was the only thing he did not like about his new jacket. They said sure they will do it. I was so scared of the results as I sew myself and I was worried about final look. WOOOOW. amazing results. They did a great job and gave us the ultimate jacket my husband always wanted. Thank you to a great service and your great skills

Cheap, open fairly late 930 last wash,11 close. Machines are always clean, I've never had a problem and dryers are ok. If you have an extra large king plus comforter then you'll spend about an hour drying it alone in a dryer here.

The guy that runs it is extremely rude and arrogant, the machines are constantly broken and steal your change, some machines you pay extra for a heavy wash but somehow finish before the regular and all stop at different times if they all worked correctly all the machines of the same time should be finished at the same time some are 15mincdifference, I am a shoe collector and I washed all my air Jordan’s and expensive shoes the washer broke and they sat there in soaking water for 4 hours ruined thousands of dollars worth of shoes and they offered nothing

Glad I decided to try this place. Very clean, machines wash beautifully and I didn't see one out of order sign!! It's nice and bright with free wifi and a few TVs too. Definitely switching from Wash World, they've really gone down hill. Monster Wash....you've got a new regular customer

The wash and fold service is amazing! They came and picked up and had 4 bags back to me in 4 hours. Soooo helpful. Highly recommend!

Clean. Washers and dryers are always available. TV and wifi. No Frills next door to get groceries while waiting for laundry, or if you forget to bring detergent. Wheeled carts convenient to move laundry to dryer.

Do not use this tailor!I dropped off a pair of pants on Wednesday morning to have the zipper fixed. The man at the tailor’s desk said they’ll be ready the next day. I said I’ll need to pick them up before work, and asked if I could come back in the morning. He said no, it’ll have to be in the afternoon “around 12 or 1”. I said okay, I’ll be back between 12 and 1pm. The next day I arrived to pick up the pants at 1pm sharp. THEY HAD NOT STARTED THE REPAIR. Over 24 hours later! For a simple 10-15 minute fix! After a very passive aggressive exchange with the man at the desk (who was not at all apologetic) I told him I need them asap, and I’ll be back in 30 minutes. When I returned, I waited at the desk for about 10 minutes while being ignored. No one answered or acknowledged me. They emerged from the back room with the pants, threw them onto the desk in front of me, took the cash in my hand and left …Without saying a word to me. No hello, no apology, nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mom! Her words below:I used Monsterwash for the first time for pick up and delivery. The prices were great and excellent customer service. The owner was very responsive and answered every question I had. When I received my laundry, it was bagged and tied and folded beautifully.! Pick up was as 11 am and I received it by 2 pm. I will definitely be using their services regularly. Learned that you may have the option of soap type as well. Very pleased!

Monster washing machines single ($3.75), double or triple ($7.75) sizes ($11). Ample space to fold clothing and the tv as well as wi-fi is worth the wait. Otherwise, the location features Dollerama and No Frills, next door.Machines are kept clean and there are a couple of out of order machines. The number of machines is beyond what I found at another location. The dryer is moderately hot with three settings and a wide lint screen. Decent place to get your clothing done and shop for groceries while you wait.
