Very professional business that had our challenging situation (massive garage door in a horse riding arena damaged during a wind storm) as speedy as could be expected, ensuring the safety of our animals and the integrity of our building.

Purchased garage door for install in new garage. Office staff were great to deal with. Roger was the installer. Have owned 5 new homes. This was by far the best installation ever. Solid installation and professionalism evident throughout.

I called Upper Level doors to have lift springs replaced on my garage door. The office person was pleasant and helpful and scheduled my appointment quickly and also gave advice on how to handle the situation. I was provided an accurate quote. The service person showed up inside the window provided. He was polite and explained what what he would do and replaced the springs as advertised. I received an invoice promptly - no surprises - with clear instructions for payment. Professional and prompt.

They were very professional and friendly. I was happy that they were able to come quite quickly and were on time. My door had been having problems and of course the day the service technician came the door was working. He gave it a once over and said to call if it started acting up again. It took about a month and it had problems again. This time it was still broken when they arrived so he was able to fix it. I was happy that it was covered under warranty from the first visit. Would highly recommend

I have no complaints with the work and the young woman I spoke to was very nice and apologized profusely for the technician being a no show and rescheduled the appointment. However, I received a bill via email, $265 + tax, no breakdown of parts and labor. When I queried the amount was told labor was $90, I thought a bit steep given the job to replace a spring took 15 minutes start to finish. I was then informed it was a flat rate so I honestly feel I was ripped off. Partly my fault for not getting a quote beforehand. Lesson learned, buyer beware. I also posted this on their web site, so far it hasn't appeared, maybe too negative.

The technician (who arrived 30 min earlier than the window I was given) was initially able to replace the weather stripping on the sides and top, but was unable to do the bottom because the door required a different retaining mount which he did not have with him that day. He told me to sit tight and the office would contact me for a new appointment to do the bottom.Around two months went by and I thought I was going to have to call them back, when an invoice arrived in the mail with an amount owing but the work had still not been completed on the bottom. I called them and apparently they did not have an email or phone number on file for me so they mailed the invoice in the hopes I would contact them, which I did. We booked a job for the following week and they told me not to pay the invoice until the work was completed and the final invoice was sent.I stayed home from work on the day of the final job and was given a window of 11-1 for when the technician would arrive. At 1:10 pm nobody had showed up yet so I called and apparently the work order had never left the office so no technician was coming. After expressing some strong displeasure with this the office assistant figured out a way to get a technician to me within the next couple hours.Two days ago I received the final invoice for approx $470. Today I received an additional email saying that my final payment of $250 is overdue and to pay it immediately. I'm seriously considering paying them only $50 because chances are at this point that they will either accept the payment or screw up and not even have a record of it.Great quality work but whoever runs the office is having some issues.
