Rudest clerk I've encountered in a very very long time. I was in the store Dec 27th at 11:50am with my 2 year old and 10 year old. My 2 year old asked if he could play with any toys. The Clerk (who I learned was called Deb) greeted us, I asked if they had a play area for the kids. She responded of course we have toys!"My kids went over to where the toys were

We were in the store today to buy some maternity clothes for my birthday. We were welcomed nicely by the sales associate, I had my mom and my 1.5 year old with me. My mom was watching my daughter while I picked a few things out and tried things on. We ended up spending close to $200. The sales associate let us know that they had toys near the change rooms my daughter could play with which was great as she is a busy toddler. Once my daughter started playing with the toys, supervised by my mom, the sales associate began starring rudely at my mother and daughter while helping another customer as my daughter was upset and raising her voice because she wanted to move toys around the store and was asked to play with them where she was by my mom (typical toddler behaviour), the sales associate was then rude and unfriendly in helping us, my daughter walked through the cash register area behind the desk quickly just to get to me on the other side and without touching anything and the sales associate snapped at my mom telling her “she can’t be back there!” My mom was quick to apologize and I was quick to try things on and get out of there. You’d think a store specializing in helping mothers would be a bit more understanding that often moms have to bring their children who come along with normal child behaviours into the store. We were watching my daughter closely and ensuring she wasn’t wrecking anything or being too disruptive during our time there. Whose child hasn’t raised their voice or become impatient while waiting for mom to do something? The sales associate then hastily cleaned up all the toys before I was even able to try anything on. This woman didn’t make my shopping experience anything but awkward by passing judgment on us, I don’t get to shop often, if ever for myself. I hope in future you can be more understanding and less judgemental while helping young mothers. I won’t be back. I left feeling terrible.

I use to love this store. I am having my fourth child (we wanted a big family) and have shopped at this store with all of my pregnancies. I was in a few times over the last couple of weeks and just had a horrible experience. The staff is rude and pushy. The new store manager is rude and really should think of a career change because she can’t work with the public. I wanted to pick up some skinny jeans and she handed me a bootcut. I told her nicely that I was looking for a skinny and she looked me up and down and was like “oh really? Okay” with just a rude tone as if to imply something. I will not be returning back to this store ever. Two bad the two red heads who worked there are gone. They were amazing! :(

My favorite maternity store by far because the prices are reasonable, the selection is stylish, and there's lots to choose from. The clothes here fit me and are designed to grow with my belly, so I'm very happy with my purchases.

The sales person was helpful. We found lot of things on sale.

Fine place to shop for the expectant

Great spot for maternity clothes. Really helpful staff. In my opinion Thyme maternity has higher quality clothes and more workplace options, but motherhood tends to have more colors and variety for casual wear and better jeans. Both are expensive so I bought my quality jeans and summer shorts here with a few tops and then bought solid t-shirts, long tanks and leggings from thyme. Mom tip: Buy your maternity work tops/dresses and nursing tops on Kijiji as most lady's wear them very few times before retiring them. I've even been sharing mine with friends as they're really expensive.

The shop is really easy to use, and has a wonderful range. I'm a fuller woman and with the help of the lovely lady in there I was sorted in no time. I shopped with 3 of my children, they were very welcome, and had toys to play with. The clothes are lovely and really well priced!!

Worst customer service ever! The elastic belly leggings all rip at the seams because the clothing is very low quality and over priced. I've also tried ordering online... same bad experience. Advice: don't spend your well earned money here. Even the store manager is has poor customer service skills. I wont be going to this store again for this pregnancy or any others and will definetly be telling everyone I know about my poor experience. For the price, old navy, h&m or thyme maternity will provide a better experience and higher quality product.
