Listen, the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The manager’s name was Janis Butcher. She made me feel as if I did not matter.

I would give less then 1 star if the rating let me. Doctor says I can not work. They don't agree so they refused my claim. They are a horrible company. Find someone else to deal with. Sun life doesn't give damn.

Avoid at all costs. Met with one of their advisers" and her manager to discuss critiical illness insurance and the manager did all the talking. He talked about how I needed all this insurance and it was going to cost $200 every month. When I almost feel of my chair and insisted several times that I don't want it

The medical coverage has missing specialties, that you'd believe to be covered, based on ad materials.Specialized (e.g. pediatric) dentist services are not fully covered, even though my dental policy should cover 100% of basic procedures.Not all claims can be filled online.The paperwork is verbose and has lots of small print.

Absolutely horrible customer service and practices... to cancel a cheque and issue a direct deposit payment they say it takes up to 20 days.. I can call my bank and have a cheque cancelled in under 10 minutes. Avoid at all costs.
