The chicken tasted stale and had an odd smell. We're no strangers to Osmows, so we know how their food should taste. This time they outright served us stale chicken. We were able to tell the difference as we ordered only chicken, which wasn't masked by their rice or sauce.

I am delighted with their food. Each and every item is delicious. Every item is halal. Their lamb shawarma seems to be the best to me. I buy today's specials often. I am a loyal customer of them for more than a year. The photo is of chicken kebab - just yum.

Order lamb on the rock, chicken on the rock and beef on the rock along with drinks and French fries, good quantity of rice and meat..excellent taste and amazing service…will definitely go back again..Their hot sause is too hot..they asked before putting the hot sause how much I want and I am happy that I go with their advise and didn’t add much as the hot sause is too hot and spicy…Great place to have good food with family..Highly recommended

Worst shawarma I have ever had! The server had no clue how to make a shawarma wrap Old overcooked chicken, less than desirable toppings and on top of that very poor service! Go elsewhere!

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while as I have constantly heard very good things about the food, but I was very disappointed.The service was extremely slow and when I did finally get my Chicken Saj wrap, it was cold and tasteless and the falafal was so dry it was inedible. For the quality, I found it extremely overpriced.The gentleman was quite rude when asked for additional garlic sauce to dip the falafel in, even though the lady that prepared our food assured us that it would come with it.Not a good experience at all. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future

There was a time I used to love and used to recommend Osmows for they shwarma but not any more, atleast not this branch.The portion size has gone and also freshness of the food. The shwarma was lukewarm and side salad was not ridiculously small - it's definitely not Fattoush or even close to that.The server was not even remotely interested in serving us well.Really disappointed.
