Bought a carry on and picked up online, very smooth process even though my name wasn’t on pick up. Jan was very helpful and even helped exchange the case. Would definitely recommend shopping here

Great customer service, the girl that helped us in the men's department was very patient & kind, she went above and beyond with our order online, the POS system though needs to be upgraded, it was extremely slow!

Decor and interior a little aged compared to newer stores (eg. the one in Hillcrest Mall). But they seem to have a slightly larger selection of clothings here. The furniture and kitchen goods section have good selection and are well organized. Prices are decent especially during sales events.

I am surprised sometimes to see that Hudson's Bay is still in business. Yes their quality is very good. They do sell most Major brands. Yes their prices are in the higher side. Yes sometimes its difficult to find service. But when they have sales its worth a visit. This location had surprising good sales and we had no problems finding someone to help.

I’ve been to shop at this location many times and this is the first time I met Kim at the beauty and cosmetic department. She greeted me with a warm smile immediately when I walked in and asked if she could help me and let me know about their promotion. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but the cost of the promotion and she could sew in some mini samples. I went ahead to purchase some thing that I would use in a few months when my current serum supply runs out. Hats off to her wonderful and friendly service.

My favourite Hudson's Bay Department Store. Very spacious, stylish, clean and tidy. Lots of on-sale items with great price. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. Highly recommended!

was looking for a specific throw a few days back and asked a few sales associates where they may be in the store, everyone was super helpful but Jan went out of her way to help look for it and direct/guide me & my mom and we eventually found it.
