Forcing people to wear masks and sanitize without a mandate. Refusing entry or service without compliance. Huge wait times, slow and lazy staff. Completely useless office.

Office number 4875, is the most unprofessional officer here. She takes 45 minutes break and still comes back does not take any one for another 30Minutes. I wondered whether because I was black. She was all the time on her phone as we were all waiting. Poor customer relations, She acted really un professional ,

Drove down here from Calgary to submit my passport application as this location had appointments available at the time. When I called Passport Canada to get a status on my application 11 weeks after submitting my application here, I was informed that the staff member helping me failed to scan the first page of my application to Passport Canada. My application was in limbo and was never completed for this reason. I specifically wanted an in-person appointment to ensure no mistakes with my application would occur. Unfortunately I had to submit a completely new application to get my passport due to this staff members mistake.

Great service read the signs as they close at 12:30 to 1:00 or arrive before 12:30. Busy location location expect to wait inline and they do take appointments on the website.

Avoid this office like the plague! When they go on breaks, they just lock the door and put up a sign that says back in 15 minutes". Then they sit around waiting for the break to be over. Even in freezing conditions
