I was charged a fair price I was told by some other repair companies that it’s gonna cost me atleast 2000$ but they did the same job in 300$ really nice gyes highly recommended

Nissan missdiagnosed my car and wanted to charge me 7k for the repair. My dad reccomended City Auto and they were able to pin point what the problem was and fix it right away for really cheep.I'm very pleased with their service!

These guys are the only shop in town that will do an out of province inspection for Japanese imported vehicles. They were honest and up front about everything. Very fair price. They even drove it to the auto broker for me so I didn’t have to get another temp permit. Great guys, highly reccomend.

I've recently purchase an older BMW, turns out I needed a electric water pump and thermostat replacement. Chad the owner of the shop quoted a very reasonable price to get it replaced. The process took less than a day to finish. I was able to get my car up and running that same day. They do know their stuff on European car, highly recommend to check them out. Better than paying a fortune at the dealership.

The most professional and insightful experience I have had in Kelowna. I can not sing enough praise as a young women with an older car I need to take it in more often that Id like and Angus explained everthing I needed to know about what was wrong, what needed to be fixed before I drove off the lot and what can wait until I have the extra cash. If you want someone who is honest, thorough and has personal interest in mind GO HERE.

Its important to me that I can trust my mechanic. Have had great service from Angus and Chad and the team at City Auto. Never pressured into the service or had unnecessary work done. Only place I will go with my truck.

I was recommended to city auto last year to get my newly imported vehicle an out of province inspection and I was not disappointed. Angus and Chad are super honest and transparent with everything. Great same day service from City auto repair, I needed my ac repaired in my 2000 Subaru forester, Angus booked me in the same day and Chad did the repairs, I drove away happy with my ac system working. I've been looking for a go to shop to do all my work and I'm happy to say City auto repair is where all my work will be done from now on. Thanks guys for the great service and friendliness you all showed.
