I’m giving them only two stars because the pants and jacket alteration were made correctly; however associate 334325 needs to learn one thing or two about customer service..if a customer comes to pick up his clothes and the automatic ring is beeping..he should be acknowledged, and not be stansing there and wasting his time with no one in sight. Ooh and those big “sigh” when a customer is just asking for help is totally uncalled for..we all have bad days, but we do not “project” that on people or customers. Get your act together if you want to keep people. I’ll bring my business elsewere from now on.

Customer service terrible! My husband took two pairs of Commando leggings that I had marked the correct length for shortening and the request for blind hems on both. He did not check them when he picked them up and at home, we discovered that the leather pair was simply cut at where they had been marked and a blind hem had not been done on either item as requested. What did we ever pay for? Will never go back

I went there with my partner to get her new dress tailored. While it was in the shop, the dress fabric was damaged somehow. Rather than admitting fault, the manager (Sita) tried to gaslight us into saying that we damaged it beforehand which it was not. Sita also said that they would not pay for damages since it wasn't them who damaged the dress".We now have to buy a new dress. Don't go here if you value your clothing."

Great Customer Service and great dealing with customer. My first impression was great and really helpful. Prices are firm and pickup on time. Manager is really great and associates I was dealing with. For sure recommend this place to others.
