Before moving to Ottawa I went here for several years and I can't remember a single time I'd been disappointed! From waxing to shellac to biogel, I've always left happy. The workers are super sweet and you really feel like you're welcome. I wish I didn't have to move so far away, but when I go back to visit family and friends I try to go. You won't be disappointed!

Paid $105 for just my nails and got 2 drunk looking reindeer. She also took it upon herself to remove my acrylic powder and put on something more expensive WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Also caused me to be late to an event because they took me 25 minutes after My scheduled appointment and they knew I was in a rush. Will not be back.

My experience was horrible they were unable to remove the nails properly and began an argument with me and also allowed another client that was there for services to belittle me. Very bad experience I left before they could complete the work and I will never go back. I have never been treated so poorly at any other salon !!!!!! I was made to feel very small and they even compared my nails to others who they found easier to do, I even tipped them before I left. The whole time I was there they argued about the fact the nails were very hard to remove , I notified them they needed to be soaked and they then got upset I was telling them what I wanted. Such an uncomfortable experience.

Went for manicure and pedicure, Shellac nail polish. They did a decent job, friendly staff.But I had to wait for more than 30 minutes each visit, even after having an appointment.

This place is fantastic!!! I didn’t have an appointment and they squeezed me in! Very friendly! I got my nails done about a week ago and they looked AWFUL!!! Annie fixed them and they are beautiful! Also ended up getting a pedicure and I’m so glad I did, my feet feel and look amazing! Thank you so much Annie!! Your amazing! I definitely will be going back.

I was looking up the phone number to book an appointment and saw some negative reviews, I felt compelled to defend some of the negative reviews.I hate getting pedicures. It definitely takes me out of my comfort zone. But I absolutely adore these people. They are very attentive with a great sense of humour. They do not speak in their mother tongue if front of clients that do not speak the same language. That always made me anxious at other places (my own insecurity thinking they’re speaking about my ugly feet lol).This is the only pedicure place I have returned to more than once.It is a bit pricey, but I just figured they raised their prices like everyone else.

I've been here twice now. Always have a great experience. They are always nice and my nails are completely beautiful. Today I went in for a manicure and the lady showed me some of her work and I instantly chose something different than I had in mind. That woman is an artist.

worst place ever.. they pretend that they are not understanding English or even if they don't understand it suppose to not be the problem, they kept doing manicure although I asked for shellac only and i told thrm toice only the color and they charged me the double as she said I did manicure and I kept telling her I only asked for color only and she pretend that she doesn't understand me and she kept telling me but I did cleaning.. the only thing she did and she called manicure that she trimmed my nails!!!!!!!! the worst material ever this is my hand after 9 days of shellac 2 thumbs broken and 3 fingers coloring fall out !!!!! will never repeat this bad experience paying extra for the worst experience and material

I got my nails done by Julie last week and honestly it’s probably one of the best nail jobs I’ve had done in a while. I showed her a picture and although she didn’t recreate it perfectly we put our own twist on things and experimented with wonderful designs. This will now be the nail salon I go to to get my nails done! Cheap and it’s close to my house. Only improvement would be to massage the hands a little bit longer but I had really great and accommodating experience. Will be back again!
