Scandia Mechanical Heating and Plumbing
Scandia is responsible for much of the plumbing maintenance work that's done in my condominium complex, and I've found myself consistently impressed by their skill and professionalism. They're always quick with repairs, and when dealing with scheduled water shutdowns, they usually complete their work well before the estimated end time. Their rates are quite reasonable as well, and I've contracted them a few times to perform work within my own suite.
