I Gotta Guy Home Inspections

I’m in the RE game and when I say I gotta guy I always mean this guy. He has done the majority of my inspections my buyers love to work with him because he’s got the best value in town and impresses them with answers to the questions they have.

I have bought 3 properties in the last year. First time I used this company. They inspected the well and stated only repair needed was it needed wire buried to electric panel. Well later (week after inspection) found that there is no pressure switch and/or bladder tank. Emailed Nick and asked him if there is no pressure switch or bladder tank could it burn out the pump. He stated yes. I asked if the property he inspected for me had a bladder tank or pressure switch and he stated No. I asked him why it was not reported. (Says on inspection it has a pressure switch but it does not per his email) I could have burned up my well in hours or days. He claims if something is not there he doesn't report it. What? If something is missing it should be noted and advised. That's why people pay to have things inspected.Now I potentially have to spend money for repairs needed that were not addressed at inspection and could cost thousand or thousands to repair. Beware and find a reputable inspector that provides accurate and preventable information to it's customers!

Nick was extremely professional, on time, and answered all of our questions during our home inspection. His report (sent only an hour or so after the inspection) was very detailed and he took his time working through all facets of the house which was very appreciated.
