I went to Clinic Flo MD for the first time a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience! The entire staff is so kind and warm. I was nervous as I had not gotten lip filler in several years so it was like the first time all over again. I really just wanted a natural, subtle look and they made their recommendation on how much to put and in which spots, and the result is absolutely perfect! I also got Botox for the first time after having a bad experience a few years prior at another clinic. I expressed my concerns and they really reassured me. I love the result and I didn't have the bad reaction like last time thankfully. I also have to commend them on how caring and patient they were. I'm prone to fainting with needles but they really took their time and made sure I was comfortable! All in all, it was a really positive experience and I will definitely be going back :)

Had very poor first client experience. How could I have showed up unexpectedly if we had two appointments booked month prior ? I was not offered to come back later.I had taken a day off and travelled from far. This was huge inconvenience.Respectfully, this is not representative of professional services.
