Update: Tried an iced latte and it was perfect! No more grounds. :)It was ok. I notice in their iced latte a lot of sediment from the grounds, leaves a bitter dusting coating your tongue and affecting the flavour. When I tried it in the summer they didn't have this problem but now it's hard to ignore how less enjoyable it has become. The sandwiches are still tasty though!

I only tried 5 coffee shops in White Rock, but in my quest for a third wave style coffee, Islands Cafe was my top pick. Nice atmosphere, fun vibe, friendly staff, but most of all, delicious espresso drinks I would go back for. And I did.

Delicious food and even more delicious coffee! The interior was so cute and trendy. I got a brekky sandwich and an iced vanilla latte and it made my morning walk just that much better! I’m new to the area and this will definitely be a weekly stop for me on my walks!

Used disposable cups even for dining in, which isn't great. The Kokomo Americano, which is an americano topped with coconut whipped cream is tasty.

My wife suggested this place. Why not!! I've been missing our time in Hawaii. This place sent me back to those Island Vibes. We arrived around 1230pm. There were a few people in line. The line moved quickly and without issue. I'll say this, the staff are adept at moving things along. From ordering to getting our food. It was quick and efficient. The staff are friendly. The decor definitely fit the island theme. Beautiful decor. Some seating meant to make you feel like you were there to chill and enjoy the local grindz. We ordered the Volcano 16 oz poke bowl, the Keiki aćai bowl and the Hawaiian pineapple explosion Paia Flatbread. The poke was a bit salty but the rice and the avocado helped to tame that. The acai bowl brought my wife back to the delicious Aćai bowl at Island Vintage. If you know you know. The flat bread was crazy good. Served piping hot and crispy and soft at the same time. Delicious topping of cheese and ham. The bbq sauce was perfect for this. We also ordered the keiki sized Moana salted caramel mocha. It was not too sweet. It was perfect. The place was busy and it was so lovely to see. We will be back to try the other items. Mahalo.

This place is different than other restaurants. You need to stand in the line to order your food and wait for the call, when your order is ready.

Great spot with an awesome vibe. Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. Beach Bum latte was really good and the big kahuna breakfast bagel was delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

I'm happy to find such a nice cafe just after I moved in. Among the nearby cafes, the taste of coffee suits my taste the best. The combination of latte and muffin is the best!
