We took several pairs of well used and abused scissors and a large kitchen that we use daily in our business to them to see if they could be revived. When we picked them the next day, could see and feel right away that a professional job had been done. We've had a chance now to use them for a couple of days to verify the results and they are great. Chad is great and pays attention to the details. Using scissors is critical for us the do our job properly and efficiently, so it's wonderful to have a source to keep them in top shape.

I had an old paper cutter that was “sharpened “ from a different person years ago and it just didn’t work right afterwards. Then it just quit cutting. I took it to Chad. Unfortunately it was unfixable. You can remove metal but can’t put it back. He looked at it and I am happy he did. Now I know who I should have taken it to in the first place.

I brought my custom-made knife in for sharpening to a place here in Penticton..it was ruined I literally cried when I got home.I called Chad at Sharpening Services, he told that he would take care of my knife, I dropped it off and he performed a miracle, could not be happier. It will take more work to bring it to its former glory but I have faith in Chad

I moved from Penticton to Calgary but still bring my knives back here when I come to visit. Chad does an amazing job. This trip I also brought him a challenge - an old family heirloom that was in VERY rough shape. He not only sharpened it, but turned it into a museum piece.
