I had two real estate experiences with Affinity Real Estate, one buying and one selling, both experiences were amazing. Truthfully working with Mal on the sale of the house was great. We were so pleased with her fast preparation on getting the staging team and putting herself on the job before the house was even listed. And once it was she did the open house right off the bat. Her strategy works . The house sold in three days and she was able to get over 100000 above asking price. Wow. I was truely impressed and will definitely work with her again in the future.
