Jess was our agent to buy our beautiful home in the county. He was amazing! Extremely personable, easy going, helpful and always there if we had questions/concerns. Even if he was on vacation he’d respond to texts just to advise that he would get back to us when he returned. Never made us feel like we were bothering him. Also he is extremely knowledgeable about different areas and was very proactive in obtaining info for us. He even took the time to provide a list of recommended landscapers and garden centres. Would highly recommend Jess, what a great experience!!

Our agent Jess was a dream to work with! We were looking for something very specific and he collaborated with us for over a year to find just the right space. Through several offer processes and questions around zoning, Jess was on top of everything. He is a great communicator, extremely knowledgeable and gave us tips and suggestions for services/vendors even once we had made our successful purchase. He's also a genuinely lovely person and we had a great time looking at properties with him. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with Jess!

Where do I begin?! We have been searching for the perfect property to come up in PEC and stumbled upon Jess who became our realtor for a property we found. Little did we realize the experience we were about to have was going to be far outstanding and exceed all our expectations. Not only did he address all questions, concerns, random late night texts from my husband (sorry Jess lol) he went out of his way to make it all happen. We purchased an existing STA and during the process we learned a lot from licensing, to HST, to many more complicated scenarios in this kind of purchase. Jess did everything he could from accessing resources and going out of his way to making trips to the municipality to get us all the answers and so much more. The list goes on and on. Not to mention he has the most incredible friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach. We could not imagine this experience with anyone else and could not have done this without him!! Cant recommend Jess enough and look forward to working with him again.

Paul has been great to work with. From our initial phone call he was attentive and accommodating with our schedule, choosing homes for viewing that were a good match with our criteria. I was dealing with Dale primarily for the sale of my building lot. Drone coverage of the property was great, advertising in the papers and online was great.
