Went in to get some balloons for my daughters 21st birthday. After being unsuccessful at finding what I was looking for (very very low stock) I asked an associate if she could help me get some balloons together for the occasion, she said we don't do that and walked away. I was shocked. Clearly they don't have a budget to make nor does this particular employee care. I was pretty shocked tbh lol I won't be back....

Always fast and great service. Order is ready for pickup before and on time. Staff was nice too. They were super busy for a Wednesday but tried to attend to all as fast as they could. thankyou.

Love the store and the variety of products but will simply not be supporting this particular location due to absolutely awful customer service. Both the cashier and manager had awful attitudes and were not friendly by any means. Please take some team training for customer service skills, increase professional development.

Party city is always my go to for all my party decorating needs. I whipped this up together, with the help of a lovely friend and my loving son, before my youngest's party on Saturday. This beautiful balloon display was the centerpiece for our table, which I feel really wrapped the theme together nicely for our son and the space we had. The staff at Party City was quick and friendly with getting my purchases through the till quick and getting our balloons filled with helium so I could get out the door and on my way with our chaotic, busy, fun-filled day.

Prices are great and it was one of the best customer service experiences I can remember. Multiple staff able and willing to help, eager, kind, and not once did I feel rushed. I actually felt more welcome and comfortable than I do in most restaurants. Made last-minute Halloween shopping actually enjoyable! :)

Disappointed coming here. The store seemed over half empty so I’m unsure if they’re closing or just rearranging the store. The shelves were empty across most of the store and options were few and far between for what I was searching for for my daughters birthday. Here’s hoping they’re just rearranging things but I’ve never seen a Party City so empty and have such minimal options. The sections all seemed cleaned out apart from graduation (it’s mid July so I’d think that should be put away now).The staff was very friendly and welcoming no complaints there. It would have been helpful if they had explained why there was nothing stocked

Customer service was so poor to me, i got accused of stealing after paying for my items, my sister went to use the bathroom and manager opened the door to the bathroom then later on the manager stopped me after i payed and asked if i had stolen a wig, which i had not and she told me to open up my jacket and i had nothing in there and she told me i went into the bathroom with my sister which i had not and i was waiting outside the bathroom for my sister and she caused a big scene by telling me to open up my jacket after i told her no i did not take anything and my sister had nothing as well.

A good variety of Halloween costumes. Price was higher than the website said but everything in the store is decently priced. I come here for large amounts of small toys for parties and carnivals.
