I'm from Southern California and had never been to a Tim's before. The coffee was nothing to write home about but their breakfast sandwiches are remarkably good--imagine what a McDonald's sandwich COULD taste like if it were made of actual food. Recommend for a quick satisfying breakfast at a good value.

Always fresh"? They make their baked goods in the morning and just sell them til they're gone. They never have hot foods after 3pm. The staff are rude

Tim Horton on Water st has got to have the worst customer service I have ever seen!!! From the very unwelcoming faces taking your order, to the WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Yelling at you from the register. This Tims needs a huge staff makeover. Uncaring

Terrible place. On the day that I went they....- didn't have the ingredients for fully loaded bowls- forgot to take out (defrost???) wraps- didn't have any drinks aside from coffee and tea (no juice, bottled water, tap water, smoothies, etc...). I went to another place to get water.In addition, they served us a salad with a spoon, not a fork. I had to argue with them that a salad wasn't meant to be eaten with a spoon. Then, they found a large bag of forks.
