I had the exact same experience as Christina Famili's review. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, waited over 30 minutes before they sat me in a chair and told me to put my feet in the water, which was freezing cold so I took them out. I was completely ignored for another 15 minutes because they were busy serving other clients. None were close to being finished so I got up and left. The place is filthy and noisy - overall a very unpleasant experience.

I am in love with this place they do such a good job each time and they last really long!! They are really good quality and they give me what I ask for each time:)))

I was in Montreal visiting family, badly needed a mani/pedi. It was very last minute, but I thought I would try a few local salons to try and get an appointment . I called this one around 10:30 am, the lady asked if I want gel and I said no, just a regular manicure / pedicure with regular polish - nothing fancy. So, she asked if I could come in for 12:00 noon. Of course I said yes - incredulous that I was that lucky !! Although they could get my phone number from their call-display, they also did not even ask for my name.About 10 mins. later, I get a call from them - a gentleman - and he asked if I could come for 12:30 instead. Sure, no problem for me and I'm guessing a better time for them.So I arrived at 12:35 (parking issues). There was the man doing a gel application manicure, there was 1 other person just starting a manicure and a small table. There was 1 lady who looked like she was in the final stages of finishing a pedicure, and there were 3 other ladies waiting in pedicure chairs. 1 other lady came out to work on one of the 3 ladies in waiting"; but no one looked close to finishing in the next 15 minutes.So the man said it wouldn't be long and to have a seat. So

Cute place, lady did a really good job with my eyebrows. Only thing I would say is can work on cleanliness a bit. Would totally come back though!

I was a little worried coming to this location based on some of the reviews however I was beyond impressed with the time and consideration that went into doing my nails. The technician was meticulous and as someone who's a little OCD at times I had no complaints! They did a great job and provided the service well, thanks again!

It's alright. But even when i have an appointment, i always still end up waiting super long. Im talking like an hour or more. So i would not go back for this reason.
