Bought a pre owned android phone. Phone was clean and in excellent condition amd at a good price. The service there is always exceptional with very polite and knowledgeable staff. Great deals on everything in the store. I highly recommend this store

Took my son's Samsung A53 there after he dropped it inside the engine compartment of a riding mower and continued mowing for like ten minutes. I could see the electronics through the hole in the busted screen. These wizards had a new screen on and up and running in under 2 hours and didn't even charge me for everything. 5/5 would 100% recommend.

So went into Hawk today to have my sons galaxy s20 plus repaired the usb port i figured was no good they took it in the back and gave it a once and cleaned the port and then gave it back to me said no charge . This is service I highly recommend Hawk mobile . Keep in mind the selction of new and used phones and accessories was huge aswell take look next time you need repairs ,new or used phone, and accessories

These guys are great! They were friendly and efficient. After dropping my phone in a swimming pool and leaving it to dry for a few days, there was nothing but a faint white line on my screen. I brought it in to Hawk Mobile. They fixed it the same day and all my data was intact! I highly recommend this business.

Although one guy(very kind very helpful and even gave preetty solid deals on a very good quality phone), did have a lisp on top of a heavy accent, harder to understand was very like i saidbefore very kind and helpful and with the other nice guy there both helped out me understand how to set up my phone because its 10 years newer than what i worked off with before. I had to repeat myself with certain parts to reach my final point im making, 5 star service for great customer service plusoffering gooddealson top phones

Impeccable service.I brought 3 Samsung in with charging issue. He said it could be the charging port, but it could be the motherboard. It was the motherboard. He refunded the cost when it didn't work. That was unprecedented.Great service!
