Joyce is amazing, she is very professional with lots of patience. I had more than 6 dresses altered by her and two dresses that she sewed for my events in the beginning of this summer. She delivers what she promises. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this type of services. I would definitely go back to her again if needed. My experience with Hancock masks was so good, I do not plan on using another company. They have several cute and fashionable designs, their team was ready to answer any questions I have, and the masks are soft and ready to be machine washed over and over again. My cow mask gets me so many compliments on the street, from adults and kids alike! Thank you Hancock Masks!

The mask and elastics feel long-lasting. The metal nose strip is excellent and the mask as a whole is very comfortable. It has three layers so I definitely feel more protected than wearing the single layer one that I only had before getting Hancocks.

I went in to get a new blouse altered and was pleasantly surprised at not only how fast it was done but what a great job. The price was very reasonable too! I brought in some other items after I saw how nice my blouse turned out. So happy I have found this place! The staff are so friendly too!

Amazing service..I had a wedding dress that didn't fit my hips. Another wedding alterations place in Courtice was like no nothing can be done. I googled Joyce and from my first conversation on the phone with her I was able to feel elated.Joyce altered my wedding dress that fit amazing.I had so many compliments. Joyce was my fairy angel.

Joyce is a dream to work with. She did an amazing job altering my daughter's prom dress and it fits her just right. I bought one at the beginning of the pandemic (around April 2020) and it was my most worn mask. Love the straps around my head instead of ears, mask (large) was big enough for my preference. Already have a couple, and I keep on adding to my collection :)

I love my Hancock mask. It's comfortable, stylish and easy to put on. I don't go anywhere without it and would recommend you do the same!ALSO: as a man with a beard it was hard to find a mask that fit over my beard. The XL size does that and still feels good!
